+ Drive-to Dinner

Rally in Ft Myers Beach:  stop overnight at one of the local marinas or a city mooring.  Shoreside dinner at Nervous Nellies on Friday evening (near the public dinghy dock).  Saturday cruise to Cayo Costa for a fun weekend in Pelican Bay.

  

Friday, April 26

Cruise up to Ft Myers Beach.  Be sure to register on register on the GCSC website. Also, don't forget to reserve a space for your boat! 

Call the Dock Masters at Pink Shell Resort (239) 463-8620‬ or reserve a city mooring in Matanzas Pass via Dockwa (map). Be sure to check mast height and mooring number to ensure you can make it to your chosen mooring. The Matanzas Pass Bridge is 65’ according to the charts.

 
Dinner at Nervous Nellies at 6:15pm.  You can use the public dinghy dock under the overpass bridge or walk/Uber/hitchhike from your marina.  All non-cruisers are welcome to join us for dinner! 


Please make sure you register on the GCSC website so that we know to include you in the dinner reservation! 
 

Saturday,April 27

Travel the ICW or on the outside to anchor in Pelican Bay.

 

Sunday, April 28

Meet up with fellow cruisers for picnic lunch on the beach.  Dinghy to the beach near the anchorage (dock access to the State Park is currently closed).

 

Monday, January 28

 Cruise back home or extend your voyage!
